Digital Products

No physical product will be shipped. Your purchase includes access to the digital file(s) described on the product page.

Due to the nature of digital products, we are unable to offer a refund simply because you change your mind, purchase the wrong product, or do not have the appropriate device or compatible app needed to use the product.

Problems With Your Download

We want you to be able to use the product you purchased. If you experience a technical problem accessing or downloading your file, please contact us at hello@gatheredgemsstudio.com. We’ll be happy to help troubleshoot the issue or provide access to the purchased file when appropriate.

If a file is defective, corrupted, or materially different from what was described on the product page, please contact us so we can work with you to resolve the problem.
